The Stress Less Program is for people who feel overwhelmed. You may be experiencing significant stress due to the current global uncertainty, maybe your having a hard time creating structure in your life, difficulty finding work/life balance, or maybe you feel that you are just not living the life you always wanted. You feel overworked and undervalued. 

How does it work? ​

The Stress Less Program is not just a course. It is a way of life. You will be given new ways to manage stress and bring calm to your life over the course of 8 weeks. The program will transform the way you manage life stress and anxiety. You will get step by step instruction and guidance to implement increased calm and coherence. You will leave the course knowing exactly what you need to do to feel more calm in the mists of chaos, relaxed in your overall domineer, and confident in your decisions. ​

Program Details

This is a 8 week self-guided course with support, to help you manage everyday anxiety and stress. Maybe you have tried self-help books in the past but found it challenging to implement the concepts into your life. Maybe you are unsure if therapy would be right for you as you see that reserved for people with chronic or serious disorders. I am here to tell you it is okay to get help even if you do not feel that you have a diagnosable condition. This program might be the perfect middle ground for you between self-help and psychotherapy. It combines overall conceptual ideas with actionable weekly steps that helps you relieve stress, tension, and overwhelm in your life. This program is for people who are ready to make serious changes in their life but don’t want to endure the high cost or intensity of therapy. This program is not to be utilized for the treatment of serious mental health concerns that warrants therapy such as suicidal ideation or serious chronic conditions. This program is intended for people who may have a busy high stress life, experience anxieties, nervousness, a lack of confidence or esteem. This program can take you from overwhelmed and unsure of yourself to confident and in charge of your life, feeling good about your decisions. ​​
