Perfectionism is a real issue that impacts many people. Those that experience perfectionism often hold the unconscious belief that in order to be loved and accepted, they must be perfect. Mistakes made by themselves or others are often not tolerated. It is understandable that we all want to do our best, but we are fallible. So, remember to hold compassion when you think a mistake has been made by yourself or others. Mistakes and missteps are part of being human. #perfectionism #beinghuman #stresslessnow
