Many operate on autopilot. Our own biases, automatic responses, and unconscious material plays a significant part in the way in which we view ourselves, each other and the world. We look for things that confirms our belief systems. Then we tend to repeat what we did not learn from in the past. In order to grow and create new pathways, we must bring awareness to these factors. #conscious #growth #stresslessnow
