Remember that in times of uncertainty and chaos we are often operating out of a primal response system. Personal safety and security take priority when we are in fear and do not feel safe. When we are in this mode of operation, it can be quite difficult to think clearly. Therefore, if you find yourself experiencing difficulty with things that are normally not an issue for you, be easy on yourself.
