You matter. Remember to stand up for yourself. You get to say no and set boundaries. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ Will others potentially get upset by you setting limits? Yes, especially if they are use to you giving into them. If someone does not like the boundary you set, it does not mean you were wrong to set it. Do your best to set boundaries in a way that others can take it in but it is impossible to please everyone. #boundaries #standupforyourself #stresslessnow
